1. Reservations
1.1 Reservations can be made by telephone, in writing
or via the Internet. Reservations are only binding upon
receipt of the reservation form, filled and signed, and
of 50% of the total rent within 2 weeks of making your
reservation.
1.2 The remainder of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before
arrival. If you make your reservation less than 6 weeks
in advance, the amount of rent must be paid in full before
arrival.
1.3 The terms of cancellation (item 1.1) will apply to
the amounts already paid in advance, and will not be reimbursed.
2. Terms of cancellation.
2.1 Cancellations must be inwriting and addressed to Le
Domaine de La Laigne. After receipt, Le Domaine de La
Laigne will confirm the cancellation.
2.2 For cancellations up to 6 weeks before the date of
arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
2.3 The full amount will be charged for cancellations
less than 6 weeks before date of arrival.
2.4 Cancellation insurance is not included in the rent
and should be arranged for individually.
3. Hirer's responsibility and deposit
3.1 The hirer is responsible under French Law for the
property and its content during the stay. You should
make sure that your Personnal insurance offers a high
degree of personnal & public liability.
3.2 On arrival a deposit of €250 will be charged
by the proprietor (cash or credit card). The deposit will be reimbursed two weeks
after your departure, minus costs ensuing
from damage.
4. Party size & visitors
4.1 Under no circumstances may more than the
number of people announced during reservation occupy a
property without written permission from Domaine
de La Laigne. If we are made aware of such an overstepping,
then we reserve the right to ask the entire group to leave
the property, with no refund of the rental sum paid.
4.2 The parking of caravans or the erection of tents for
accomodation is forbidden.
4.3 In case you have visitors, the Domaine de La Laigne
should be forewarned.
5. Alterations & cancellations
by us
It is very unlikely that we will have to make any changes
to confirmed arrangements. However, if for any reason
beyond our control we are unable to provide the property
booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar
property. If this is not possible or you do not wish to
be transfered we will cancel the booking and refund all
the money paid immediately.
6. Responsibility of Le Domaine de
La Laigne.
6.1 Le Domaine de La Laigne cannot be held responsible
for loss, theft, damage, accident or injury, in any way,
shape, or form, caused to or by the other occupants.
