The VAT
If you buy a second home at the Domaine de La Laigne, the 19,6% VAT can be refunded to you by the French administration.
You will then have to sign a management agreement for 20 years.
A contract will be signed between you and the SARL Soleil Locations, manager of the Domaine.
For formal and aministrative matters, our accountant is Fimeco Baker Tilly
The first rental contract will be set for 9 years and is renewable.

The Prices
From 159.000 euros with immediate entry (excl. VAT, kitchen and furniture)
For the rental, a set of furniture – refundable VAT – is available.

The rental
Besides the sales contract, each buyer signs a letting lease with the SARL Soleil Locations, the company in charge with the management of the Domaine de La Laigne.
The Domaine de La Laigne is a very pleasant place for holidays.
It is comfortable, user-friendly, well organised and multi-cultural : Irish, Belgian, Dutch, British…
A guest out of three comes back or sends family or friends to the Domaine.
Each January, the coming season is already booked.
The bookings come directly, through the Internet or other sources, and through SNP, a Dutch touroperator
The activities: Cycling, rambling, swimming-pool & golf
The SARL Soleil Locations has been managing the Domaine de La Laigne since its opening, 5 years ago.
