Conditions
You buy your cottage (second home) at Domaine de La Laigne:
- Either to enjoy your holidays and make profit when you are not there
- Or to get the maximum income from your investment |
Your cottage is a part of the co-ownership of Domaine de La Laigne.
You are the exclusive owner of your cottage and enjoy all the services of the Domaine: swimming-pool, children games, parking, laundry, common spaces and meadow. |
Soleil Locations :
- With the acquisition of your cottage, you will sign a commercial lease
with our SARL Soleil Locations ; this company's purpose
is to rent your property as often as possible, when you want it.
- the co-ownership of Domaine de La Laigne has also signed a contract
with the SARL Soleil Locations for the management and upkeep of the Domaine,
in order to keep it clean and to preserve the quality of its services. |
Co-ownership rules:
- The "Co-ownership rules" lay down the rights, obligations & procedures that apply to the co-owners.
It has been drafted by a specialized notary:
Maître A. Jonoux 20, place du Port - 79000 Niort - France.
- Each property/cottage represents a share (‰) of the global co-ownership.
- The income and cost will be distributed according to the share (‰) of property
and the rental availability. |

Our cottages are furnished,
fully fitted and include
a 3,5 m² storehouse
and a parking place in the Domaine. Prices on request
from 100 to 225.000 €
with immediate entry. |
